I'm so honored and excited to be hosting this weekend for a 2nd time with Journeys! It means so much to be able to share my dream of Into SoulWisdom with you all.

Into SoulWisdom: A Path of Self Connection is a weekend-long immersion where you will be engaged in practices of meditation, self-inquiry, and energetic connection, all to bring you depth, insight, and a deeper understanding of your fullness!

Into SoulWisdom is a 3-month journey born from my 7-year quest of self-connection and inner remembrance. I spent many years traveling, meditating, observing, and listening deeply to myself to figure out who I am underneath all the noise of who I've been told to be.

Into SoulWisdom is an expression of the tools and practices that supported me in my journey of self-remembrance. It holds within it the frequency of deep self-remembrance and connection, the frequency with which you are invited during this weekend immersion!

This two-day journey will immerse you in your inner world and include sitting, movement, and sounding meditation. There will be many forms of meditation, as well as activities that connect us to field sensing, using our bodies as an oracle, and a practice I call auric listening.

Taking the time to know yourself is vital to living an authentic life of service and care. We are each an organ of the greater whole. Our capacity to take steps towards feeling grounded, safe, whole, confident, authentic, and trusting in ourselves supports a society that is the same.

Self-connection is vital to our well-being. It serves as a direct pathway to cultivating self-love. Lack of self-connection is the foundation of much of our anxiety, depression, and general stuckness in life. By being in contact with our true selves, we have more relaxation, a stronger ability to navigate life's storms, and a deeper trust in life. This personal growth enables us to be and contribute to the world we aspire to inhabit.

Connect with your deeper, inner self through meditation. Have meditation techniques that you can begin to build or deepen a practice upon.
Expanded understanding of where your current patterns, challenges, blocks, and gifts are living inside of you.
Have a stronger relationship with your authentic self.
Walk away from this with deeper insight and a connection to who you are.

“This offering from Anayza was probably the most deep, intimate, revelatory experiences I had in 2023. In as small a container as a weekend, Anayza somehow wove an environment that felt intimate, inviting, gentle, supportive, and spacious. Anayza has a potent and unique ability to guide meditations that dissolve blocks, and open us to the astrals, in ways that feel natural rather than disorienting or shocking. I have never experienced thee amount of ease, openness, and information as during the meditations she led. Over this weekend, I was able to sense and feel memories from ancestors, messages from Earth, and feel my intuition / inner compass guiding my movements. Being involved in her spaces is always hard to explain, but leaving this weekend, I knew I had experienced something rare, opening, important. When so much of our world is filled with noise and distraction, opportunities like this allow us to quiet and tune into something more real, while remaining connected to each other. Allowing our soul’s spiritual experience forward, while holding space for our human body’s material reality. It is really a unique gift to offer yourself or a loved on.
