This immersive leadership program invites participants to deepen their understanding of emotional intelligence and explore the art of soulful leadership. Grounded in nature connection, embodiment practices, and a nuanced exploration of Primary, Secondary, and Transcendent Emotions, this multi-day workshop will guide practitioners toward greater self-awareness, authentic connection, and purposeful action. Participants will leave with tools to navigate the complexities of leadership with clarity, compassion, and creativity.

This program blends reflective practices, experiential learning, and nature-based exploration to cultivate emotional intelligence and soulful leadership. Over 5 days participants will engage in deep inquiry, embodiment exercises, and group dialogue to develop the skills and insights needed to lead with integrity and purpose. The program is designed for practitioners like therapists, facilitators, team supervisors, educators, nurses, and others who wish to embody transformative leadership in their professional and personal lives.

Join us for Emotional Intelligence & Soulful Leadership and embark on a journey to rediscover the heart of leadership. Together, we’ll navigate the emotional landscapes that shape our lives, reconnect with the wisdom of nature, and embody the soulful leadership our world needs now.

By the end of this program, participants will:

  • Deepen self-awareness through an emotional intelligence framework that integrates Primary, Secondary, and Transcendent Emotions.

  • Cultivate the ability to lead authentically and inspire others with clarity and compassion.

  • Enhance resilience and adaptability by drawing insights from nature and embodied practices.

  • Build more meaningful connections with peers and communities, fostering collective growth and transformation.

Core Themes

Emotional Intelligence Through the Lens of Primary, Secondary, and Transcendent Emotions

    • Primary Emotions: Understanding the fundamental emotions that drive our survival and immediate reactions. Explore how they shape decision-making and interpersonal dynamics.

    • Secondary Emotions: Delve into the layered, socially informed emotions that influence identity, relationships, and cultural norms.

    • Transcendent Emotions: Access emotions like awe, gratitude, and love, which foster connection to something larger than oneself and inspire visionary leadership.

Soulful Leadership Practices

    • Define what it means to lead soulfully, integrating authenticity, empathy, and purpose into leadership roles.

    • Discover how soulful leadership transforms teams, organizations, and communities through trust, collaboration, and shared vision.

Nature as a Teacher

    • Engage in guided nature connection activities to draw wisdom from the natural world and reconnect with intuitive leadership practices.

    • Explore parallels between natural ecosystems and leadership ecosystems, using metaphors like resilience, interdependence, and cycles of renewal.

Embodiment and Integration

    • Experience practices such as somatic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to connect emotional awareness with physical presence.

    • Learn how to ground leadership principles into the body to enhance clarity, communication, and resilience in high-pressure situations.

Each Soulful Spaceholding and Leadership course is built around five key elements, designed to transform spaceholding and leadership from the inside out:

  1. Deepening Connection to the Natural World – Shifting from ego-driven leadership to an eco-centered approach by drawing wisdom from connection to nature. Each course weaves in practices that strengthen our relationship with the living world.

  2. Embodied Spaceholding – Moving beyond logic-driven leadership to a more holistic, body-aware approach. Through somatic practices, participants will develop practices to enhance resilience, presence, and the ability to lead with both strength and sensitivity.

  3. Inner Depth Work – Redirecting focus from external achievements to deeper personal alignment and meaning. By exploring the inner landscape, leaders cultivate clarity, authenticity, and a stronger sense of purpose based on their unique gifts in the world.

  4. Embracing the Sacred & the Unknown – Letting go of the need for certainty and learning to trust what unfolds. This component encourages leaders to engage with mystery, intuition, and practices that reveal the unseen possibilities that can shape meaningful change.

  5. Leadership in Action – Moving from self-focused ambition to spaceholding and leadership in service of both human and more-than-human communities. Passion becomes purpose, and leadership becomes an act of care and commitment to the world.

Facilitator

Jenny is a soft and wild teacher. A nurturer and an edge walker in one.   Always willing to dive deep and seek the unexpected.  As a natural weaver with soul, depth imagery and archetypal forces, the world of emotions sometimes came secondary.  She had to humbly and diligently study to tune in more with her heart. She brings this humility and learning forward in facilitating this course.
